Online Purchase Terms and Conditions

All goods are dispatched in protective packaging to avoid damage to your Glampalm whilst in transit. We usually dispatch within 24 to 48 hours via courier service(weekdays ony). If payment is made via EFT, please send us your proof of payment to avoid delays. Only once the funds have cleared into our account will the goods be dispatched. Local delivery takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. We reserve the right to exclude shipping to certain regions and/or addresses. All transactions will be processed in ZAR. Orders are dispatched to the address you have entered and cannot be changed once goods have been dispatched. Delivery time are weekdays, during office hours only.  All orders are subject to courier company norms. Zaraa Trading Pty Ltd is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 1-2 working days from the date of the order, and/or confirmed payment ,or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. If a delivery cannot be accepted at the address provided, you will need to contact the courier company with your tracking number, which can be obtained by emailing us, and thereafter make arrangements to accept the order at a suitable time. We are not responsible for arranging missed deliveries. A tracking number is available on request and the customer will need to contact the courier company to re-schedule delivery.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers. We do not store financial information in any form for any period.

Do we use cookies?

We use cookies to help us remember, understand and save your preferences for future visits, keep track of advertisements and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment is made through our secure server using virtual card services using the latest in technology for trusted transactions. The service is secured and encrypted through Thawt where you will see a small padlock through our checkout process in the corner of your browser. We reserve the right to refuse a sale due to pricing problems due to technical site problems or mistakes made on our Website. If this happens we will refund your payment immediately and advise you of the problem.

Returns,  Replacements & Warranty

We test all products that we dispatch and pack them to resist damage, however if on arrival you find your goods to be faulty, they must be returned in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt .

For returns, you must inform us in writing within 7 days (eg. email). You are responsible for paying the return shipping fee and we may deduct shipping charges to you, and/or a 10% restocking fee. On receipt of your goods we will inspect, and then issued the necessary refund or replacement through our system. Goods marked carry a 12 to 24 months warranty included in the box, please contact us if you have any further questions.

Please note the following details:

  • a) Glampalm products come with 2-year warranties for flat irons, and 1-year warranties for all other hair tools (curling irons, blow dryers, etc.). This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • b) The warranty is effective only with a valid receipt and whilst the product is under the warranty period. The original serial number (found on the interior specification label) must also be intact.
  • c) The warranty does not cover:
    • i) Damage to due to misuse or abuse, such as (but not limited to) dropping the styling iron or neglecting safety precautions and instructions.
    • ii) Tampering, such as repair or attempted repair.
    • Damage due to power surges or spikes
  • d) Any implied warranties, obligations or liabilities are limited to the 1 or 2 year duration of the limited warranties.
  • e) Glampalm shall not be responsible for special incidental or consequential damage arising from breach of the expressed or implied warranty.
  • f) Glampalm is not responsible for any products lost or damaged in transit via a customers appointed courier.
  • g) The Glampalm Warranty and Return policies are valid only with products purchased from authorized retailers within the specific territory of the distributor. Please note that products from other countries, Amazon or unauthorized retailers, such as Ebay, are not covered, as there is no way to verify their authenticity.

Security & Online Ordering

Ordering is easy and secure through our online system we use SSL secure server offering and industry secure environments to process your payment. Once your order is placed, you will receive confirmation email of your order placed. After your order has been dispatched for delivery, a tracking number will be available on request.
