Please note that your Glampalm Vibrato and Glampalm Wide Iron has a 2 year limited warranty against any manufacturing defects, whilst Glampalm Dryers, Glampalm Wands and Glampalm Cordless Irons have a 1 year warranty, from the date of purchase. A valid valid proof of purchase is required to  process a claim. If all documentation is in order, we will collect your faulty product for an assessment, and then replace or repair according to the assessment. If your Glampalm product is out of warranty, or damaged due to negligence (physical damage, or cracked casing), the customer is liable for repair and courier fees, and will be quoted accordingly.
